  • Property Ownership: We own all tools and materials used to manufacture your items. We do not sell or give away our raw production materials.
  • Sample Display: We reserve the right to show photos or samples of completed custom boxes to display our work.

  • Eligibility: You must be legally old enough to make purchases and enter contracts.
  • Human Use Only: This website is built for human users only. Automated scripts or web bots are strictly banned.

  • Copyright: All content on this website belongs to us. This includes text, images, designs, software, and more. You cannot copy, change, store, or share any content without our permission.
  • Uploaded Content: You are fully responsible for any files you upload. You must not upload copyrighted artwork you do not own, illegal graphics, or harmful materials.
  • Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove offensive uploads or share information with law enforcement if required by law.

Prices, Payments & Cancellations

  • Currency: All prices are listed and billed in British Pounds (£GBP).
  • Payment Requirement: We begin work only after we receive full payment.
  • Local Taxes: Customers located in Greater London must pay local sales tax unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Within 4 hours of ordering: You can cancel for a £25 fee + 5% of the order total.
    • After 24 hours of ordering: You can cancel for a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Later Cancellations: Once production moves further, cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Graphic design fees and rush delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.

Artwork Files & Design Proofs

To avoid printing errors, please follow our setup rules carefully.

File Requirements

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI.
  • Color Mode: CMYK or PMS color model (not RGB).
  • Errors: We are not responsible for blurry prints, spelling mistakes, font issues, size differences, or incorrect designs or layouts caused by artwork files you send us. To avoid such mishaps, you are welcome to seek free design help from The Premier Packaging UK for your artwork — free of charge.

Proof Approvals & Colors

  • Check Your Proof: You must review and approve your digital proof before we print. We are not responsible for typos, spelling mistakes, wrong fonts, or layout errors once you approve the proof.
  • Color Differences: Colors on computer screens look slightly different than printed ink on paperboard.
  • Hard Proofs: If you need an exact 100% color match, you must purchase a printed hard-copy proof.

Printing Mistakes & Returns

  • Reporting Time: If your order has a printing mistake made by our team, report it to us within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Media Proof: Email clear photos or videos showing the print issue within 14 days.
  • Our Fix: If we made an error, we will reprint your order for free. We do not give cash refunds for print mistakes. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Order Quantity Rules (Overruns & Underruns)

Due to the nature of custom box manufacturing:

  • Your final quantity may be up to 5% more or 5% less than the exact amount you ordered.
  • Extra Boxes: If you get up to 5% extra boxes, you keep them for free.
  • Fewer Boxes: If you get up to 5% fewer boxes, we only charge you for the exact number you received.

Shipping, Customs & Disclaimers

  • Production Start: Turnaround times begin only after payment, file submission, and final proof approval are all complete.
  • Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by delivery companies, severe weather, or customs inspections. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for paying all local customs taxes or import duties on international shipments.
  • Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect delivery address, you must pay all extra fees to reship your order.
  • Liability Limit: Our maximum total financial responsibility for any problem is limited to the total amount you paid us for the order.
